Return Policy
Our return policy is simple and straightforward. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason contact our return department for an RMA number.
To obtain an RMA number, e-mail the customer service department within 30 days of invoice date.
Once obtained, RMA numbers are valid for 10 days
Bulk orders (orders for quantities of ten or more of the same product) are not eligible for the above return policy.

Do not write RMA number on product box or case! (see below)
Return product in its original packaging and include all supporting materials(manuals, registration cards, etc.).
Customer is responsible for freight charges.
